Returns & Refunds

Unopened/unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is damaged or incorrect).

We process and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
